Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We 100% stand by Wipeband and hope that you will love it as much as we do. However, if you think missed the mark and if for any reason you are not satisfied with Wipeband, we will gladly take the product back. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase just email us at support@wipeband.com with the Order Id.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund in 7 days, please contact us at support@wipeband.com
Exchanges
You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
If you need to exchange the product to a different item, please send us an email at support@wipeband.com along with your order Id and the details of the product that you will like to exchange your current product with.
Shipping returns
To start the return your product, please send an e-mail to support@wipeband.com along with order Id. We will reply back with instructions and return label.
We guarantee 100% hassle free returns and we will pay for your return costs too. We after all wouldn’t want you to pay for a product which doesn’t exceed your expectations. Only thing we request for is your feedback, which will help us in improvising Wipeband for our kids.
